KAUAI 2013

Dear Leaders,

We have been very pleased with the results we have seen as more Team Elites have focused on strengthening their frontline and being recognized for their efforts as a 1, 2, 3 or 4 Star Team Elite Platinum. We congratulate all of those that have achieved this pinnacle of recognition. Going forward for our 2013 Team Elite Trip to Kauai, Hawaii, we would like to further strengthen leadership by slightly adjusting the Team Elite Platinum qualification requirements.

The following Team Elite Platinum qualification rules are in effect beginning January 1, 2012 for the Kauai, Hawaii 2013 Team Elite Trip.

• Become qualified for the 2013 Team Elite Trip to Kauai, Hawaii.
• Have 500k OV in December 2012 (G1-G6 levels)
• If your OV was greater than 500K in December 2011, your December 2012 OV must be increased over your December 2011 OV.
• Have 3 G1 Ruby+ lines in December 2012
• Grow the number of average Executives in your G1/G2(excluding PExecs and Rollups): Q4 2011 average (baseline) compared to 2012 average:
• 1-Star- Increase average 4 Execs
• 2-Star- Increase average 8 Execs
• 3-Star- Increase average 12 Execs
• 4-Star- Increase average 16 Execs

In late January or February you will also be able to find this information on V&G as well as track your progress throughout the year as you qualify for Team Elite Platinum.
