How Leadership Points are Earned:
Leadership Points are determined by the titles of all first generation executives.
| Gold Executive | 1 Leadership Point |
| Lapis Executive | 2 Leadership Points |
| Ruby Executive | 4 Leadership Points |
| Emerald Executive | 6 Leadership Points |
| Diamond Executive | 8 Leadership Points |
| Blue Diamond & Team Elite | 12 Leadership Points |
Roll-up Executives:
Leadership Points are not earned on Roll-ups until the roll-up Executive has advanced to a higher pin title. Leadership points are then rewarded on the difference between the two titles. For example an executive rolls up as a Lapis (2 LP) and advances to a Ruby (4 LP). The difference that the upline will be able to count is 2 leadership points.
